The shareholders of a very recent revocation thought their company was communicating behind the scene with the SEC & FINRA, only to find out in the end it’s all public and absolutely nothing was done. These poor folks thought there was some kind of understanding. Right now today, at this moment, folks are posting in an iHub room “fka” all kind of legal theories of how some lawsuits are going to make them all millions, when the more likely scenario is they have lost their ENTIRE investment.
