If you calculate $ABQQ's potential share price by taking into consideration the company's shrinking OS shares total, and the "Price to Sales Revenue Ratio" (P/S) for the Movies/Entertainment Industry, the $ABQQ share price predictions get really interesting.

(Lots of you already know about P/S Ratio no doubt, but I'll paste this here in case P/S is new to anyone reading this post. It was brand new for me once, too:

"Price-to-sales (P/S) ratio, also known as revenue multiple, is a popular valuation metric used by investors, analysts, and companies to evaluate the performance and current market valuation of a business. It measures a company's market value relative to its annual revenue.")

The PS Ratio in the Movies & Entertainment Industry -- depending on which analyst you listen to -- currently range from P/S multiples of 1.4 to 3.7, according to three separate analysts cited below.

(As someone who these days can barely afford to attend my favorite music concerts and sporting events -- even tix to comedians seem to have SPIKED in the past couple of years to astronomical levels, maybe it's the post Covid effect -- I'm inclined to agree with the analyst who went toward the higher end of 3.7.)

But start with the share price estimate using a P/S of 1.4. So:

$30M in $ABQQ revenue ÷ 795M $ABQQ shares = $0.0377 per share x P/S 1.4 = $0.053 cents per share.

Considering the "uplist-minded" CEO seems intent on locking up 430M shares of the 795M OS, thus reducing the float to about 360M, you could make a case for this formula:

$30M ÷ 360M $ABQQ shares = $0.083 per share x P/S 1.4 = $0.116 cents per share price prediction.

Want to leave the OS at 795M and do the high-end Movie/Entertainment P/S of 3.7?

$30M ÷ 795M ABQQ shares = $0.0377 x P/S 3.7 = $0.14 cents per share.

And now for the $ABQQ Taylor Swift megastar optimistic math using the float of only 360M free trading shares and a Movie/Entertainment P/S of 3.8:

$30M ÷ 360M $ABQQ shares = $0.083 per share x P/S 3.8 = (Are You Ready For it?) $0.315 cents per share.
