Really? Ya mean that drug prescriptions and usages are determined by which drug first got approved by the FDA? Get that first approval and sales success against any succeeding competitive drug is assured?

Please (as you so helpfully do) tell why most of us who think that a drug’s safety and efficacy actually determine prescription and usage frequencies are wrong on this. I watch all the drug adds on the major networks’ evening newscasts. Don’t recall ever an advertisement saying, “Take our drug! All the others came to the game late; aren’t any good. We were First — Therefore the Best”
