Delinquent SEC reporting here bruh, What a total train wreck. Stop sign or yield sign imminent if they refuse to file. I will call the SEC on Monday to confirm. What a chit show

Since my visit to the Holcomb Energy Systems Laboratory in February, I have become increasingly convinced that the HES technology must be tested by independent experts, where the devices are made to run on there own output power in a self-looping manor. All tests that I am aware of such as the one witnessed by DNV-GL were conducted by people from Holcomb Energy Systems. This has caused many to be very skeptical of the HES technology. They compare it to Theranos and Elizabeth Homes. I still think that it may be possible to extract energy from ambient energy fluctuations such as thermal and quantum zero-point energy, without violating the 2nd Law, because there are always difference of temperature or potential at the nano-scale. Spontaneous domain formation in ferromagnetism is one possible example of this. It seemed that the HES technology of Dr. Holcomb was a candidate for capturing this energy. However, it remains to be proven. Comparing the input and output power of the In-Line Power Generator (ILPG) is not convincing because resonance effects can make it appear that the output power is greater that the input. Resonance can build up large currents and voltages when capacitance and inductance form resonant (LC) circuits.
