? That is not how a reverse merger works. This is also absurd:

They likely already own 30% of HMBL so they will be able to offer a price that makes shareholders happy

How do you even seriously write something like that? You actually think that they "likely" purchased over 3,379,028,767 common shares of this? Like they actually purchased such and without a filing? But to think that.... somehow...and for some reason... said Company would actually do such is just insane.
