Yup - best hope is for a quick settlement. I'll take $100-200M and call it a day. Hopefully stave off a considerable amount of dilution until revenue starts coming in. Have no desire to see this go through a trial.

Luckily, Laura Posner is NWBO's attorney, not an anonymous ihub message board poster. She is licensed, knows what she is doing and has a track record of success to back it up. I can guarantee you that Posner is taking the exact opposite approach to this case as what you have spelled out here. They are preparing and approaching this case as if it's going to trial. Posner's job is to maximize the value of this case. You don't maximize the value by taking the first peanut tossed your way.

What's interesting is that when it started to leak that NWBO was trying to raise non dilutive funding off of this lawsuit (early this year) certain hedge fund social media posters seemingly out of nowhere started to talk down the value of the case. You could tell that the purpose was to damage NWBO's ability to raise non dilutive funding by talking down the value of said case. They threw out the same numbers as you are throwing out right now. In fact, you were part of this 'the case is only worth $100m tops' narrative earlier this year. You, Poor Man, and a few others.

Fast forward to the present. Now the hedge fund social media army narrative has changed. It went from this case is worth $100m tops when NWBO was trying to raise non dilutive funds to now we should settle in the $100-200m range to stop further dilutive funding. The question to me is, why is this narrative changing right now? The hedge fund social media army wants you to think they are looking out for shareholders and trying to slow down dilution, but their narratives are doing the exact opposite, and they know it.

Happy Holidays Mike!
