The reason that so far each readout have taken longer than customary is that none of them have been clear cut met all endpoints per protocol for traditional registration. That is an indisputable fact that for some reason many here just will not accept. Peace with that, but that IS how I and few others here see it.

When trials take so long to readout it is an indication IMHO that a level of creativity is required to present what is likely good or even great signals, while navigating a potential way to optimise for possible early approvals.

That's all great if approvals are garnered early with that method versus running larger longer actual P3 trials in the first place. There is of course a risk that a longer larger trial design could still miss important factors and require yet more trials with an optimised design. Maybe Missling / Anavex do objectively believe their approach is more optimal, while accepting new trials might be needed. However, with the advantage of the company having gained much more information able to design any next trials for high probability of approvals.

I tend to think Anavex is right about there somewhat unusual approach and I have not too much issue with additional well designed trials potentially being required.

But Anavex communications sucks!

The longer we wait, the sooner we will get rich!
