And the years go by also. Several anniversaries this month.

1 year ago: Dec 22, 2022 is when NICE restarted the review process.

The first step to get this process going is for NWBO to say they are ready to submit there proposal. The process is is semi public, so we know LP is not going forward yet.

5 years ago: Dec 11,2018 was when NWBO announced the trial was complete

Now that the data from our Phase 3 clinical trial of DCVax®-L have further matured and provided a further encouraging picture of patient survival, and we are ready to move forward with the months of work related to completion of the trial, we are very pleased to have a new war chest of funding for this work,” commented Linda Powers, CEO of NW Bio. “We are also looking forward to proceeding with further DCVax®-Direct trials.

5 years later no submission. And no Direct trial yet either.

7 years ago: Dec 8, 2016 was when NWBO PR'd the start of "event gate"

As noted in the profile of the Trial on www.clinicaltrials.gov, the Company had estimated that the numbers of “events” to reach the main endpoints of the Trial may be reached in November 2016. Following the end of the month last week, the Company requested updates from the external parties managing the Trial about the numbers of “events” (i.e., tumor recurrences or deaths).

A month later in early Jan they would blame the delay on holidays, the flu and contractors and said they would have it "soon". Then in early Feb they announced they had PFS, but were waiting on OS.

Only one poster caught that the NWBO language was arguably ambiguous, and he was mocked by most all longs for asserting that they were planning on waiting for OS. Regardless of the language though, how dd NWBO think they would have sufficient events in Nov and reality was 2 years later?
