IMO China factory retooling for new Model 3 probably has a lot to do with sales blip. I don't know anyone that wants the old Model 3 once they have seen the new version or read the reviews comparing new version to last version. You can probably get a very good deal on the old model inventory. As for BYD "EV", around half are PHEV. The imports into EU address the lower costs segment so it will be good to see what the penetration looks like. Same for Brazil once they have the factory built. Eastern EU will come after. World needs EV competition on the low end so it's good they are stepping up while TM promises the perfect battery.
