What do you make of the fact that IHub Quotes now shows CYBL as Pink New. The CE has been removed. Does that mean they have advanced notice from OTCMarkets that they have removed it but haven't announced it yet?

Why else would the Ihub listing have been changed today? Other stocks, like TMNA with CE labels, are listed with the CE label.

Very puzzling that tonight's YouTube Buffalo Fireside Chat did not mention this at all.

Seems pretty big to me.
