It doesn’t mean the foundry has signed off on a final PDK

The way this works is that a customer that wants their electro-optical device made in the foundry will make adjustments to the PDK in agreement with the foundry before the fabrication of their devices. This collaboration is done between the foundry and the client with the existing PDK and has nothing to do with Lightwave Logic at this stage.

The foundry signing off on a PDK for customers? This is a completely separate issue from an operational PDK .

The foundry never signs off on a PDK that works for all customers. Each customer will need adjustments for their devices. This is the normal course of events. If you are looking for a FINAL signing off by the foundry for all customers it will never happen. That is not how this works.

The issue you raise is a non issue.
