You desires will be granted, you are wrong... Otiko is not a business man and he is not well organized when it comes to ViaDerma when it comes to a CORP structure. More than a science man, he is a doctor and medical provider and when it comes to business structure, he is learning in the doing but mind you, he does not have time for PR updates, he is not selling pitch to bigger pharma brothers, this is why you will not see him spending money over PRs and the FINS, he does at last minute. Too much going on with Otiko life, including as a family man, too much to carry on alone. He refuses to hire a more Capable CEO while he does the Chairman thing. We are not there, he is working and learning as he goes. I believe he should get some MBA but hey, that is my 2 cent. Product is great, I guess we need time, more time for him to realize the real path to take. Once this spike hard, I will be the first one to walk away.
