Operational PDK’s at 2 foundries were displayed on a presentation slide in early 2023. I did a screen grab not long ago. One foundry in the USA and One in Europe both showing “operational” adjacent to these foundries (A and D). Likely this is front end PDK’s. As to back end , we can discuss this later.

Now as to seeking acceptance of PDK’s in foundries, the context of this is displayed on a slide I was reviewing recently. I also did a screen grab showing 2 axis with the names of small foundries in the lower left quadrant and with the names of larger foundries in the upper right. This clearly indicates a progression of acceptance of PDK’s in foundries.

Using this as the context of what “acceptance of PDK’s in foundries” means in the 10Q it is clear from all of what is written above we have a progression of acceptance of PDK’s in foundries………and we are not looking at first Acceptance in a foundry.

Everything needs to be interpreted in “historical” context and this can be obtained in the presentations.
