Monk; Shoulda, woulda, coulda. When I heard Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS) were not putting Vascepa on their formulary I went shopping.
Have you looked into Humana Medicare Advantage Plan? They offer mail order Vascepa (brand) for $90 for 90 days.

The Humana Rep really likes Vascepa, which reflects well on the rest of the company.

I had BCBS as a Medicare Supplement plan. When I switched to Medicare Advantage, I no longer needed a supplemental plan. Thereby saving $$$

Humana combines Medicare Part B, D under one monthly fee of $165 per month.
