Pricing is definitely a concern, look at how Tesla's volume increased when they brought out Model 3 and Model Y - product-wise Model Y is killing it - just proving the need in the market for 6+ passenger seating and a vehicle that is roomy for the Driver and Co-pilot, has decent range and room for stuff.
I'd say Gravity could be a good mover for them - if they can execute it properly - you notice how quickly the fan-fare died down about it after the formal introduction last month? They have great tech but really all everyone cares about is range, room, driving experience..... and price. I hope Lucid is paying attention. If they reduce the price $10k and then with the tax credit - they could really be in striking distance of Model Y and the EV9. If they keep it where it is, it may not move very well.
