As much as you hate EROP they are a necessary evil, no one will give an unknown company money for any reason without collateral, except toxic lenders, they are the predators of the OTC industry and provide funding to keep these companies alive.

If and when we get decent drill results of any significance the money will flow and the previous creditors will be bought out, that is the way it works. If the drill results are not significant then it is a slow agonizing death.
