EBET has filed a lawsuit against (Nasdaq: NGMS) which is a $937 Million dollar market cap company! correct me if I am wrong , but it looks like NGMS had acquired Aspire Global back in June of 2022 - and EBET is suing Aspire Global from the Dec 1 filing here-

NGMS has the MarketCap of $$$$ to just buy them out!

Perhaps Houlihan Lokey plan is starting to show , sue NGMS (Aspire Global) first steps we are seeing here poking them lol

Also good to see EBET got Uplisted to the OTCQB off the pinks!
