William F. Fromholzer, at the age of 77, will retire from the board of directors of Health Discovery Corporation (the “Company”) by October 1, 2023. Mr. Fromholzer issued the following statement: “My tenure as a director was one of the great experiences of my career and I look forward to watching the Company continue to move forward with SVM-RFE in the world of AI and in the development of identifying early stage diagnostics for common health issues.”

Charles, there is absolutely nothing in the above statement by Mr. Fromholzer that anyone connected or not fall under anything that would need legal addressing in any way shape or form. He is just stating good luck to the company and wishes the company success and nothing more. His mistake (as I see it) he stresses AI which is, SVM-RFE - machine learning is basis of and then further into hardcore AI patenting. Do you see anyone of our Inventors rising to the occasion and producing more patents? BTW...There are roughly 100,000 AI patents.

Again, I wanna be so wrong wrong and more wrong but even Colleen won't even address us shareholders and that my friend is a crock of crap.....maybe that comment that Mr Fromholzer made about a Interim CEO in the near future pushed him into retirement?
