As it stands, we still don't know if your theory that HDC made it to discovery, but couldn't find much, and therefore conceded the game to Intel for a small consolation prize just for playing, OR my theory, which is that the settlement was for a greater amount than was disclosed in the latest 8-K, that HDVY will be trading again and seeking to monetize its IP via new licensing contracts combined with an escalating share price. One of us will end up being correct and, LocWolf, it very well could be you.
