this is only your opinion without any backing up explanation. EAC and ENZC are two different companies. ENZC has a God blessed tested treatment cure for HIV while EAC does not. Owning ENZC will allow SAGA more leverage to obtain funding than to own EAC, just like saying owning a ferrari race which will allow me more leverage to win a car race than to own a toyota corolla.
C'mon, stop trying to make ENZC looking bad with your shallow reasonings
