You contradict yourself rather well! In one breath you say the Direct trial was empowered for safety, which it was, but then you say “It (Direct) didn’t do anything.” So I guess those patient survival numbers made up?

The trial had a defined efficacy endpoint. It was ORR as defined by number of patients with tumor response. The trial showed zero responders per the defined criterion. That is a fact.,

The OS data is basically meaningless for a trial such as this. Many patients with cancer line years. The post hoc comp to a method that would say first line Prostrate and GB< had the same life expectancy was funny.
