I was the FIRST PERSON to make this argument and take this position. I see I get no credit from the peanut gallery. Why? simplt because we disagree on what it means (good or bad) for NSI. I am not yet in the bad camp.

Here's what it's not: two times the then outstanding shares. Care to explain the discrepancy? See above. That's why there's a discrepancy.
