Bullshit…in my opinion the whole damn lawsuit deal was set up in collusion with all parties to rid SHMP of their obligation to give half the company away by the stated, official, published, Series A share distribution. Easterlied and his co conspirators lose control of the company if they converted the Series A shares per the stated published terms. So they arrange a “Series A shareholder” to file suit against themselves. That trial was a charade at best, SHMP’s lawyer telling the judge how these parties are friends and they fish together, and how SHMP was a successful enterprise growing and shipping fresh fresh all over the south, all of which were blatant lies, based on the filings that disclose business at that time. Another fact omitted, was the counsel for Plaintiff was also in line to be lead in house counsel for SHMP. Yeah that’s a bad thing as the ruling of the Shove farce affects all of the Series A shareholders.
