Lewrock, you are pointing us to a roundabout with so many exit points it isn't funny. It isn't just modulators for data centers after all. We know there is more going on than we know.

The last sentence in the corporate update:
"We are designing high performance polymer modulator optical engines to support the rise and growth of AI as it generates more information that will travel through the internet and optical networks."

Optical engine: The optical engine includes the modulator and receiver components as well as passive optical components required to guide, combine or split optical signals. The modulator encodes data onto the optical signal and the receiver converts the optical signal into an electrical signal.Jul 26, 202[

Could Lightwave be working with a partner or partners in developing next generation optical engines that can fit into transceivers in varying confirgurations and for various uses. Low cost, low power, small size and very fast allows a greater design in for the uses of optical engines in new configurations.

There are many potential partners for building optical engines such as Coherent, Ciena, Ranovus and smaller companies. The more the merrier. Right now, it is a mystery.
