this is GREAT news here!... As of December 5, 2023, the Company has issued $1,220,000 in principal amount of the Notes to the Investors, and the Company does not intend to issue additional Notes under the Purchase Agreement.

that means NO MORE converts. they must not need the money now. but what about the 2 filings that were in error? were the error showing lighter revenue or
better revenue than actually was? who knows? but if they stopped issuing converts, the error must have been on the light side. well have to see.
