Yes, they’re trying to argue now that they did in fact pay for the August extension but in October.

How does any of this make any sense?!

You can’t just pay a required extension two months after the deadline. And they paid it AFTER they claim the business combination was already completed.

Then Austin flat out admits that they still haven’t paid the required extensions for September, October and November.

She claims they can’t get funding for the late extension filings of what $50 some thousand dollars each? She claims the lenders are leery now bc the shareholder meeting was delayed by the lawsuit.

But at the same time SAGA and ENZC already said in the last press release that the shareholder meeting was moot anyway bc they had already voted internally with superior votes to extend on their own and told us that shareholder votes didn’t matter. So how does any of that make sense either?!?

Think about this. If SAGA is having trouble getting 50k for each monthly extension that’s late, HOW are we supposed to believe they are going to get hundreds of millions in needed funding for the ENZC pipeline, trials etc?!?!

NONE of this makes ANY sense.

And we can assume at this point they never filed the 8ks for the extensions either. Are those legally required to be filed?

I think we can ALL agree at this point that this SAGA mess is absolutely not a path this should be going. They’re showing their blatant incoletence before this deal is even finalized, can you imagine once this is being handled by them later on when attempting clinical trials etc?!? Charles needs to get the hell out of this thing right now. If ENZC is in fact audited at this point then just uplist to otcqb and let’s go from there. This SAGA mess just gets worse as it goes further into it.
