And the Q2 and Q3 disclosure statements both say that Grillit is active with the Nevada SOS. That is a blatant lie as they are in default with the Nevada SOS. They also never explained that they changed the name from Grillit to Global A Brands at the Nevada SOS, or that FINRA as refused to process that name change with them.
