As for delays over the last twenty years, rather than give you a laundry list of the delays that they have come up with, let's take just one example, and you can explain it too me. They issued a press release stating that the start of the 3D testing had to be delayed six months because of the start of the rainy season? Well, the rainy seasons in Israel are six months apart, so they issued a press release stating they had to delay the start of the 3D tests, because of the rainy season, until the next rainy season!

They pick any reason that sounds good, to delay. And in the case I cited, even though their "work" is entirely outdoors in Israel, they flat out didn't know the first thing about the weather in Israel, that the rainy seasons are six months apart. So they issued a press releasing saying they wanted to delay the start of their 3D testing because of the rainy season, for six months, until the next rainy season. Pure BS from Zion Oil, plus a complete lack of knowledge of the only country they work at. There is no explanation for this, except to keep you guys hanging on.
