Lol... These lying con men must think they are really special. They filed more fraud filled disclosure statements even after the issues with FINRA. This will only make things even more difficult for Global A Brands/Grillit.

A couple of things that I see at first glance are, there has still been NO mention of the Pretzel Haus judgment. A judgment for $233,674.48 bucks.

Nor that they have defaulted on the Mammoth Corporation toxic loan and STILL no mention or any sort of explanation for the demise of the only source of revenue, The Pretzel Haus.
