And what "work" are they actually doing? The answer is basically nothing. There hasn't been any real progress with the company for about a year.

They probably laid off all of the actual workers on the rig a long time ago. But you want them to receive their extravagant salaries and benefits for doing nothing? Why should they be any different than the "blue-collar" rig workers?
