We do know why the AD OLE is important, " Missling may feel that the longer term OLE data will strengthen the case for approval" and determine if another P3 will be asked for by the FDA for a large indication such as AD.

On the other hand, we know for the Rett indication the current P2/3 alone has the opportunity to be pivotal with or without the OLE data.
