OTCM has a new "grace period" of 15 days.

So OCLG will have an extra 15 days to file an Annual report before it is downgraded to EM.

I've had personal experience with another ticker on this process. They actually submitted their Annual on the last day of the grace period. On the next day they were actually on the EM tier. Fortunately this lasted only ONE day and they were placed back on Pink Limited from EM the very next day. So they were actually on EM for only one day. This company actually posted the following on "X" on the day they filed their Annual report:

Management has spoken to OTC Markets this morning and the Company will be returned to Pink Limited shortly based on recent Disclosure Filing.
