Yes. And let's look at WHY she might have done that.

The ONLY thing Linda has concentrated on is getting DBMM back into a position where it could offer shares to the public. Yes, this "saved" the company and allowed it to still exist.

Why would she do that?

Because Linda has gotten an accrued salary ever since she has been running it. If the company goes belly up, she probably LOSES that little nest egg. It is well into the millions of dollars. And she WILL get paid, no matter WHAT happens to the share holder value.

There isn't the slightest evidence that she is doing ANYTHING to increase the value of this company.

It is the same old story here. Keep the company operating, keep up the facade that makes it look like DBMM is trying to improve (fluffy "updates" with promises that never materialize), keep incurring a loss so that the tax situation takes care of itself and any expenses can be written off, and cruise along - getting paid for every year.

It's a very good scam.
