How damaging to the stock price if this would have been properly reported to the SEC prior to the November 22nd PR flub? Did he sell because he thought the PR would bring down the share price and acted before, but didn't report when he or the company should have? More reason to be suspicious of this Company and their board....This guy Malik (see links below) doesn't have the cleanest of records.

I thought the SEC governance issues were behind them, but of course not. This is still NWBO. Red Flag after Red Flag.....warning signs abundant
