Experience tells us that indeed this silence is problematic and SERIOUS.

I am glad to see that even you Hawk, can see through the constant barrage of distractions posted every single day from "shareholders' on this board that "all is good with BIEL". IT ISN'T. But some on this board refuse to consider that she is destroying this company's credibility into oblivion.

This "isn't Kelly's style" (whatever that means) referring to her complete dereliction of duty to shareholders and company transparency, is a comical excuse being used by a lazy CEO.

Losses of executive personnel holding critical positions solely for the advancement of BIEL had been publically announced. NO matter what people say, this does NOT show an image of strength or solidarity to ANY investor willing to put investment money into BIEL. It just won't happen.

I invested in this company after talking to Andy, not his daughter.

His daughter is uneducated in all aspects required to be a CEO of a publically traded company. She refuses to release control to someone with more skill and experience that could move BIEL forward.

Unfortunately for ALL BIEL shareholders...there would be NO ONE that would step in now.
