Help me understand what the number 4.6 represents on this chart? Thanks

My read on the day pre-open: Today's pre market hunch if the $XBI has lost steam and has hit resistance around the 100 day SMA at @ $75.38. then this weakness will spread to $AVXL also struggling with the 100 day SMA and resistance here and overhead to $8.
