@MrSmith18 Its just very odd the incoming is holding this up if what you are saying is true. Keep in mind there lock ups don’t expire and the timer doesn’t start ticking until they list there shares.

Given the market is strong right now I bet they want to exit a large part of there position. Specifically, if it is the company I think it is they have pledged a ton of shares as security against a loan they have picked up in the billions of dollars. They have a ton at risk here if they don’t go soon and exit a large position.
