If you read my prior posts to this matter, I have often said "family and a select few", so what is your point? Was it that I JUST said 'family' this time? Does the fact that a few others also got this 1/2 priced stock deal make it better and OK for all others that had to pay full price? That this was NOT a selfish and self rewarding and stock price destroying deal? Really, that makes it better for all OTHER stockholders that the select few who confronted the CEO at that time and wanted the same deal as the family and got it? I do not know how long you have followed this, but this subject of who and how others got the same deal as the family has been discussed here in the past. BUT AGAIN, just because a select few others got this same "family' deal, does not make it better for all those that had to pay full price for their stock. It IS, IMO one of the reason this has been trading in the triple zeros for so long. That and the fact that this company has not shown a profit in its 20 year existence. Now, throw in the fact financials are not being reported when they should be, is it any wonder why this is trading where it is? So MANY RED FLAGS!
