How does a proposed Evie Ring not violate the agreement with Apple???

What you have brought to the table is a bunch of gobbly gook. The press release by Movano merely states they took 110 people, put a prototype ring and a prototype of another Movano product, some type of wrist bangle; and then monitored their blood pressure....BFD. It also states that a proposed ring will not have FDA approval at launch.

Everyone here is well aware of what the Apple MTA says.
