Once a PUBLIC CO
uses the NDA that is the invitation to shorts to bash away, for co can NOT do anything to stop them.
NDA forces the public co to be a private co,in that the only information to come is in the quarterly, if one knows how to read them,

even if its good & making money,

it DOES NOT compare to a NON---NDA co that can press release so & so co ordered so many millions of dollars
