I believe Anavex is going to be very successful, but FWIW choices made by new-hires to join any company are not all-or-nothing decisions. Anavex is filing applications in several jurisdictions, for several therapeutics and several indications. It will be a lot of fun for someone who cares about this kind of work to actually have a basketful of meaningful submissions to try to compile, perfect, submit, and support/defend. A big component of choosing where you work is how fulfilled you are every day - and this is a great position for someone with Terrie Kellmeyer's skill set.
