Is anyone following the SEC vs. Jarkesy case heard by the Supreme Court yesterday? If the court sides with Jarkesy, it would potentially take away SEC's ability to protect shareholder rights against abuses by big companies/billionaires. It would also effect other agencies' efforts to protect Americans, like FDA, EPA, any government agency would be open to suit for doing their job. Small companies like NWBO would have little protection. While we could still sue the 7 MMs, we could not rely on the SEC to fine them for spoofing, for example. I know SEC fines seem small, but at least some of their crimes are brought to light by the SEC!
