2,567,226,432 common shares as of November 28, 2023.

On September 8, 2023, however, the Board of Directors decided to cancel the company's upcoming 10,000 to 1 reverse split.
The Board of Directors decided it would not be in the best interest of the shareholders or the Company to execute a reverse split at this time.
The Company informed FINRA that it will not be moving forward with the reverse split withdrew its application.
