I can't for the life of me understand how most of the people who post on various MBs about this company are sure that the delay of Wilken's court date means the companies are in settlement talks. The mutual stipulation filings with the court could be played many ways but all these people can put forth is that there must be a settlement/buyout coming and that INSM is now in the driver's seat. INSM lost big at the infringement trial and as we all know the further applications for any of INSM's drugs are not just around the corner. The EU will take their good old time with approval of Iplex and the pumping BS that every month the committee will recommend approval is nothing but childish rantings. If any of the above come to pass in the short term I will be shocked. No one can state for certain as to why there was a mutually agreed to two week delay. The best scenario for the hearing outcome is there is no injunction. That would be the biggest victory for INSM in a long time. That is the one almost insurmountable obstacle to this company's existence. All these pumping idiots don't seem to realize INSM is in a very precarious positon.
You can see by the wild pps flucuations that when any of these positive scenarios come to pass INSM will be on their way to where I have always thought the company would go. In the meantime people have to face the reality that it might not go well. This judge is an airhead and could care less about all the science INSM has developed. It is a ruthless business and if you think for one second she would not remove this drug from the market you should not be investing in biotech stocks.
I invest here because I believe in the science and medical implications of INSM's drugs. I have always known that nothing is certain until it is certain. There is a possibility INSM will not have a future, but their science will. You've got to face the reality of the situation. I have every share I ever purchased. I believe in INSM but there are always trepidations in life. Patience. Remember the future is in the future, not today.
