Just some facts here folks. I am involved in another SPAC that is just about finalized , here are some bullet points.

1. A PR does not (EVER) mean anything to the SEC or quantify as a replacement for filings.
2. One Q , does not (EVER) quantify for the missing other Q's .
3. SAGA PR , also included they had received the DELIST Letter from Nasdaq , still up in the Air.
4. The SPAC I am involved with is with an OTC ticker , however they are SEC Reporting and Fin's Audited . ENZC is not
5. The SPAC I am involved with has Millions in cash on their Filings Financials. SAGA had less than Twenty Dollars ($19 to be exact) on the most recent filing.

6. The SPAC I am involved with , has the OTC CEO very transparent , Shares completely Transparent. ENZC does not
7. The SPAC is completely current with all the filings , S-4, Voting in place ( have done on both accounts I hold it in and was notified on both) . SAGA does not
8. The SPAC I am on has completely filed all applicable filings with the SEC and is transparent on all and every one has dates that they met.

So there is more , but just saying SAGA is a long, long, long ways out there and folks need to understand that. Until Barry K and his group get it together or ENZC TEAM come out either push the issue or becomes transparent along with becoming SEC Reporting and Fins Audited (Required) , very little traction unfortunately will take place, not because I am saying it , it is the FACTUAL Points of what Legally and SEC Requirements need to be done.
