Pazzo, the increase in shares to your magnitude would happen if Anavex wants to build manufacturing plants, which I think it doesn't want.

I believe its goal is to be highly respected R&D firm that licenses its IP to other respectable pharmas. Once the first partnership/license deal, probably in the 9 figures, is signed, Anavex will have enough capital to handle its growth in EE's until the commencement of the initial royalty income and/or Rett income.

Just my hunch.
