First of all, DBMM has a business model. Yes, they do have revenue, but not much. They were in litigation for many years with the SEC with a 2 1/2 year wait on a Petition of Review, not a court case, that was never settled, only dismissed by the SEC for their own internal mistakes. These are facts. DBMM management only won their case by fighting and staying around. The SEC wanted no more litigation and decided to dismiss the case with 41 other companies on a lame excuse of an internal breach between government agencies. That is my opinion. They have only been free trading for about 6 months. Good luck to all !!!!!
