SAGA needs 2 more 10Q's unless they will be required to file another one for the Q ending the year, or unless what you say covers it. I have no interest in reading their 10Q because it will probably infuriate me.

I think the ticker will be something like Biogenysis, and see no reason why it wouldn't be... I don't see it staying as "Sagaliam Acquisition Corp", which will tell absolutely nobody that it has to do with Bio... Never know though, this is my first go round with a SPAC transfer.

As far as dividends, I was under the impression it was like every other dividend in the history of time where there's an announcement date, an Ex Date and a Record date, but now I'm questioning that.

I hope you're right and we wake up to owning SAGA or whatever shares, but I know they have to please the SEC and they aren't yet. (And they need the vote which is in limbo)
