I have been saying that for 2 weeks now because the borrowed interest rate has been dropping indicating shares are becoming more available.. The borrowed rate dropped from over 30% down to 19% and today it is at 11%.

I'm guessing shorts are covering and waiting for submission news to start the shorting again once we break the dollar barrier.

Great adding opportunity.
