No...there's more than that, but such will definitely soften up fairly well...which is good currently. Excluding officers, there is still 510,000,000 common shares coming from preferred as of 11/13. Adding in Michelle(who quit)...such comes to 766,000,000. I have excluded the 25 b's form Juan....and referred to subsequent via last 10-Q for final. Then there are the other share issues...which are not small

The authorized share amount is not sufficient anymore, so Brian will have to cancel some of his preferred to delay a change in authorized or consolidation/both.

I'll put out the convertible debt/numbers later...just want to chill and watch football :)
